Using ancient willow weaving techniques create your own badger sculpture on this exclusive workshop at Kingcombe.

Taught by Kim Creswell

Sun 26 Jul 2015

This year we are offering you an opportunity, completely exclusive to The Kingcombe Centre; A willow sculpture day workshop where you will create your very own willow badger!  Kim will teach you the techniques of this craft based art form, to make a contemporary sculpture for your home or garden.

During the workshop you will be using farmed Somerset willow together with multi-coloured willow grown in Dorset, while learning about the preparation techniques for colours and applications.  By the end of the day you will have created your very own sculpture to take home. Don’t forget to leave room in your car to fit your sculpture in!
