Wildlife Garden Planning and Design
Tuesday 4 September 2018 13:00 - Thursday 6 September 2018 16:00
Want to do more for wildlife in your garden? What you do in your garden can have a huge positive impact on your local wildlife.
This special 3 day workshop will combine visits to some of the best exemplars of wildlife gardening around Dorset with practical demonstrations and talks.
Late summer, early autumn is a great time to be looking at wildlife gardening, as this is when you can learn how to extend your flowering season and how to provide cover and food for wildlife into winter. There will be talks in the evenings, plus a demonstration on propagation from local gardening expert Philip Gamble.
There will also be time to look at the design process and planning for turning your garden into a wildlife friendly garden in the future.
