Help out at Kingcombe

Would you like to get outside more? Meet new friends and learn new skills? Why not join us as a volunteer helping with our organic gardens at Kingcombe?

It doesn’t matter if you're not an experienced gardener. Although gardening knowledge is welcomed, the main thing is that you enjoy being outside and are willing to give it a go. There will be a variety of tasks for all abilities, including seed sowing, weeding, digging, harvesting and tool maintenance.

Helping us can help you to keep fit, make new friends and feel satisfied in the knowledge that you're providing an invaluable service for the centre and the Dorset Wildlife Trust as a whole.

It's amazing how much fun a few hours gardening can be, so don't be shy, come on down to the Kingcombe Centre and give it a whirl!

Our Greenfingered Guardians team will run from 10am each Friday. You are welcome to come for as many hours as you can spare, but a packed lunch is recommended if you wish to stay all day.

Please call: 01300 320684 for more information or email kingcombe@dorsetwildlifetrust.org.uk
