Volunteer at Kingcombe
Due to the new Government guidelines announced Dorset Wildlife Trust and the Kingcombe Centre has cancelled all work parties, suspended office volunteering and closed visitor centres until 2 December. We appreciate the way our volunteers have adapted to a new way of working this summer and early autumn, and it’s disappointing to have to down tools once again. We will be planning for a return to volunteering activities as soon as the situation allows, aligned with any national or local restrictions that may be in place. Please be assured we are constantly reviewing the situation following Government guidance. If you have any questions, contact us on email@example.com.

Volunteering can help you to towards an active lifestyle, make new friends, learn new skills and feel satisfied in the knowledge that you're providing an invaluable service for the centre and the Dorset Wildlife Trust as a whole.
It's amazing how much enjoyment a few hours volunteering can be, so don't be shy, get in touch. visit the Kingcombe Centre and give it a try!
The Centre itself is surrounded by a beautiful 450 acre nature reserve famous for its wildflower meadows, it also includes 2 marked walking trails. The reserve is managed traditionally, grazed by our own livestock and often referred to as the “farm that time forgot”.
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic all volunteering has been cancelled until the 2nd of December. The situation will be reviewed on a regular basis.
