Join us to discover the migrant birds of this stunning coastal reserve of reed beds including a bird ringing demonstration.

Led by Mike Morse and Neil Croton

Sat 12 Sep 2015

Discover one of our smaller coastal reserves with spectacular views, reed beds and wet meadows on a walk with our volunteer warden.  The reserve attracts a large range of migrant bird species such as Reed and Sedge Warblers, Cetti’s Warbler’s, Wheaters, Whincats and Redstarts and if we are lucky the occasional rarity.

There will also be an opportunity to see birds up really close during a bird ringing demonstration weather permitting.

Note:  This event will go ahead in all weather conditions unless in severe conditions that would be dangerous.  You will be contacted the day before if this is the case and we need to cancel.
