Dawn is a feast for the senses at Kingcombe. Join Edward Jackson for an early morning guided bird walk followed by a hearty full home-cooked breakfast.
Spring is one of the best times to experience the incredible songs of the dawn chorus. Join us for this early morning guided walk at Kingcombe Meadows Nature Reserve before heading back to the centre for a hearty breakfast.
About the Leader:
Edward Jackson retired three years ago from a rewarding career in Environmental Education. He now runs his own wildlife consultancy specialising in bird survey work and short training courses. He currently works for Suffolk Wildlife Trust, British Trust for Ornithology and a range of private clients. He holds a BTO ‘A’ Ringing Permit with a Trainer endorsement and is a Council member and Secretary of Suffolk Ornithologists’ Group.
£16 pp includes guided activities and breakfast.
Meet at The Kingcombe Centre at 5.30 am. Finish approximately 8.30 am.
What to bring:
As you will be outside in the early morning, please bring warm clothing, wet weather jackets and good walking shoes or wellies, plus binoculars if you have them.
